Registration Information


Currently Enrolled Students:
Please read the information below as it contains important information concerning the prerequisites and procedures for using the online registration process. This information has also been sent to your Student Email Account.

Attention New Students:
Students not currently enrolled will need to register in-person at the college and are not eligible to register online.

Every student MUST SEE an assigned advisor in order to Advance Register.

Student Advising Period is October 2 thru November 9, 2006

Please schedule an appointment with your Advisor between these dates.

  1. Contact your Advisor
    • All students have been assigned to a permanent Advisor. An email has been sent to your student email account indicating the contact information for your assigned Advisor.

    • Some advisors will make appointments earlier than the beginning of the advising period. Many advisors prefer to be contacted by e-mail (which can be found in Learner Services or by accessing our Faculty and Staff Directory).
      • To locate your Advisor logon to PeopleSoft Self Service and follow the links as shown below:

  2. Meet with your Advisor
    • You must meet with your Advisor to schedule your classes and at that time you will be given a copy of your schedule card and be cleared to Register Online.

  3. Access PeopleSoft to Register Online
    • Once you have completed the steps above you will be cleared by your advisor to register online for your classes based upon the following schedule:

      • Total Hours Earned Enrollment Begin Date
        60 10/16/2006
        50 10/19/2006
        40 10/24/2006
        30 10/27/2006
        20 11/01/2006
        10 11/06/2006
        Below 10 11/09/2006

    • Total hours earned will be sent to you by e-mail prior to the on-line enrollment period. You can also view your total hours earned by accesssing PeopleSoft Self Service, see the following instructions.

    • To locate the Total Number of Credit Hours you have earned, logon to PeopleSoft Self Service and follow the links as shown below:
      • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the [Select Different Term] link.
      • Select the [Fall 2005] link.
      • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select [Total Taken Toward GPA] link. (This is your total hours earned)
