If you have never attended the Elizabethtown Community and Technical College (ECTC) or were not enrolled in the previous semester, you must complete an Application for Admission and submit it to the ECTC Fort Knox Campus.
Active duty military, Army Reserve and mobilized Army National Guard using Tuition Assistance must submit all requests for registration, admission, tuition assistance and course withdrawals through www.GoArmyEd.com. If you need academic advising, please call 502-942-0101 to schedule an appointment.
You can register by appointment or just walk in. If you are using Tuition Assistance, you must register online at www.GoArmyEd.com.
If you need an online class that is not listed in our schedule, go to elearning.kctcs.edu to see what is available. You must request that class be loaded into the GoArmyEd portal if using Tuition Assistance.

Select this link to find information on placement testing. You can take your placement test at the ECTC Fort Knox Center. Credential-seeking students must submit ACT or COMPASS scores for placement in math, English and reading. In some instances a COMPASS test will be required in addition to the ACT. Non-degree and visiting students are not required to test, but must meet individual course pre-requisites, including those for math and English.

ECTC Fort Knox classes are taught on post and are open to the public! A valid drivers license is required to access post.
