Fall 2nd Biterm Bookstore Credit Session
Because aid disbursement does not occur until approximately 3 -4 weeks into the semester, the Barnes & Nobles campus bookstore will allow students to purchase books and supplies on credit, if you have enough anticipated aid for the semester. This is for a limited time, please see chart below:

*You must have more anticipated aid than the cost of tuition and fees for the term.
*You must sign a Financial Aid Release authorizing ECTC to release the amount of anticipated aid to Barnes & Nobles. [You are only required to complete this one time while at ECTC - can be rescinded] Paper Vouchers will be issued for 2nd Biterm. Please stop by the Financial Aid Office during the dates above to obtain your voucher.
The amount you charge at the bookstore is placed on your student account as a bookstore charge. This charged amount will be deducted from your financial aid at the time of disbursement.
