The Records Office provides enrollment and degree verification services for our students. Due to privacy issues, students needing enrollment verification must present a photo ID. This is to ensure the safety and privacy of our students. Requests made by phone, e-mail, or anyone other than the student needing the verification, will not be accepted and therefore will not be processed.
The Kentucky Community and Technical College System has contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to process degree and enrollment verifications. Due to contractual obligations, external agencies must contact the organization listed below:
