Grade reports are no longer sent to student's permanent addresses but are available through the student's KCTCS Student Email Account, or you can view them online at the PeopleSoft Student Account Access Website. Email sent from the college to a student's email address is no longer forwarded to other personal email services such as Hotmail or Yahoo.
A student's grade report is considered privacy protected information and can no longer be made available to parents or family members without specific written permission from the student. Students may file the necessary paperwork to allow others access to their grade report in the Records Office.
