Students, now you have access to all of your account information online through the new PeopleSoft Student Self Service website. You can check your grades, view your schedule, check on the status of your financial aid, and even make tuition payments, all online, here's how:

Browse to the following link:

Select the "LOGIN HERE " link.

Enter your User ID, (Example: jdoe0001)

Enter your password, (Same as your student email password)

Once you are logged on select the "SA Self Service" link.

Next, select the "Learner Services" link.

Then select the "Home" link.

This is your Home Base, here you will see shortcuts to all of the data available online and be able to access all of your information starting from this home page.

The "Learner Services" link allows you to view:
-
Finances: Your account summary, balances, and even financial aid information.

Course Catalog and Schedule: All of the Course Descriptions and Class Schedules.

Academics: Your Schedule information, Grades, and your current Academic Advisor.

To view a different Semester:
-
Select the magnifying glass link.
-
Then select "Lookup" to view all available semesters.
-
Past records only date back to the Fall 2002 Semester.

If the word "Processing" flashes at the top of your screen, use the Refresh button on your browser to refresh the page or select Back to exit.

Important!
Always Logout and completely close the browser window to prevent the possibility of others accessing your student information.
