APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Apply for admission to the university.
  2. Participate in SOAR (Student Orientation and Registration).
  3. Register for classes (enroll in classes).
  4. Contact the Veterans Affairs Office.
  5. Process required paperwork for benefits.

First Time Students

The following are required forms provided by Veterans Affairs.

Veterans

  • Application for Educational Assistance
  • VA Form 22-1990
  • ECTC Veterans Enrollment Form
  • If the Veteran has any copy of a DD-214 Discharge Document a copy can be submitted.

Members of the Montgomery GI Bill Selected Reserve / National Guard

Dependents or Spouses of 100% Disabled or Deceased Veterans (Service Connected) submit:

Transfer Students

The appropriate forms will be provided to you by the ECTC Veterans Affairs office.

  • See your case manager
